Card Control App

要开始使用卡控app，请完成以下步骤:

1. 登录 to the 元素 手机应用程序

要首次访问卡控制，请登录您的元素移动银行应用程序. In the left menu navigation, click on “Tools & 服务” then “Card Control.”

You will see a popup window that says: “Warning. You will be redirected to the AppStore (or 谷歌玩). Do you want to continue?” Click “Yes” to go to your device’s app store.

2. Download the Card Control App

3. Open the Card Control App

4. Sync Card Control with the 手机应用程序

Once you are back in the 手机应用程序, 点击“特色工具”，然后点击左侧菜单导航中的“卡片控制”. This action syncs the two apps. You have successfully set up Card Control!

5. Accessing the Card Control App

If facial or fingerprint recognition (for example, 在你的卡控制应用程序中启用了脸ID和Touch ID (iPhone), 然后你可以独立访问卡控制应用程序进行后续登录. No need to go through Online Banking.

How to Set Card Control Alerts

1. 在“卡片控制”应用的打开界面，点击你想要设置提醒的卡片.
2. On the next screen, select “Controls & Alerts,” then “Alert Preferences.”
3. On the line that says “Send alerts for,，点击右侧的按钮(如果没有设置提醒，按钮将显示“None”)。.
4. If you’d like to receive alerts for all card transactions, choose “All Transactions” in the drop-down.
5. 要选择您想要接收的警报，请在下拉菜单中选择“Selected Transactions”. 然后点击你想要设置的警报类型(地点), 商人类型, Transaction Types, or Spend Limits) and follow the prompts.
